Penny was a pioneer in the rock & roll
industry, feeding rock stars and entertainers for 13 years with her concert
catering
company, the Backstage Cafe'. She spent much of the 80's
quietly influencing cultural icons
ranging from Bob Dylan to Sting, with the
magic of her nurturing atmosphere.
Her
intellectual journey led to a study of herbalism with Susun
Weed, herbalist, author, and keeper of
the Wise Woman traditions; along with
Jeanne
Rose, aromatherapy teacher and
herbalist.
Subsequently, in the mid-90's Penny decided to formulate her own therapeutic
oil blends.
She is the mother of two grown children and has one granddaughter.
